Its work is concentrated in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and the group has been extending into Egypt. Reportage keeps each stage of a scheme in its own hands, from assessing and buying land through planning and design to construction and management. In Abu Dhabi it builds apartments on Al Reem Island, Yas Island, Masdar City, Al Raha Beach and Al Maryah Island. Marlin Residences on Al Reem Island, with three- and four-bedroom homes, is under construction with completion given as Q4 2027, while Al Raha Lofts One at Al Raha Beach is ready. Its Dubai projects are spread across Dubai Investment Park, Dubailand, Meydan and Ras Al Khor. Verdana Phase 6, one of several Verdana apartment and townhouse phases at Dubai Investment Park, lists completion for Q4 2028, and Verso by Reportage in Meydan lists Q4 2029. Binayah's listings include Marlin Residences and Verdana Phase 6.
