JHK Developments offers two payment plan options, allowing buyers to select a structure that better suits their financial requirements. 40/60 Payment Plan 40% – During construction 60% – On handover This option is available for buyers who prefer to complete the property payment when the development is handed over. 40/30/30 Post-Handover Payment Plan 40% – During construction 30% – On handover 30% – Over 2 years after handover The final 30% is payable at 5% every four months for two years, providing additional flexibility after taking handover of the property.

Beyond the purchase price, budget for the one-time Dubai Land Department fee (4%), the Oqood off-plan registration (around AED 3,000) and standard agency fees. Dubai charges no annual property tax and no capital-gains tax, so investment returns are kept in full.
