    How do off-plan payment plans work in Dubai?
    Off-plan villas are sold on construction-linked payment plans, typically a 10-20% down payment on booking, staged installments during construction, and the balance on handover. Many projects also offer post-handover plans that spread payments over 1-3 years after you receive the keys.
    Are off-plan payments protected?
    Yes. Dubai law (RERA) requires every off-plan project to deposit buyer payments into a regulated escrow account. Funds are released to the developer only as construction milestones are verified, protecting your money if a project is delayed.
