    What is included in Dubai property management?
    A full-service property management package includes: tenant screening and placement, tenancy contract drafting, EJARI registration, rent collection and remittance, maintenance coordination (emergency and planned), quarterly property inspections, monthly financial reporting, and dispute resolution. Binayah manages the entire landlord-tenant relationship on your behalf.
    Can Binayah manage my property if I live abroad?

    How quickly can Binayah find me a tenant?

    What is EJARI and why is it required?
    EJARI is the official tenancy registration system in Dubai, required by the Dubai Land Department for all rental contracts. Without EJARI registration, tenants cannot get UAE residency visas, utility connections, or school enrolments. It also protects both landlord and tenant legally. Binayah handles EJARI registration as part of all management plans.
    What happens if a tenant doesn't pay rent?
