Reportage keeps each stage of a scheme in its own hands, from assessing and buying land through planning and design to construction and management. In Abu Dhabi it builds apartments on Al Reem Island, Yas Island, Masdar City, Al Raha Beach and Al Maryah Island. Marlin Residences on Al Reem Island, with three- and four-bedroom homes, is under construction with completion given as Q4 2027, while Al Raha Lofts One at Al Raha Beach is ready. Its Dubai projects are spread across Dubai Investment Park, Dubailand, Meydan and Ras Al Khor.
