Element by Iman is expected to offer a 40/60 payment plan and a 4% pre-launch discount, subject to official confirmation. Indicative starting prices are AED 800,000–850,000 for studios, AED 1.25–1.3 million for one-bedroom apartments, and AED 1.65–1.75 million for two-bedroom apartments. The proposed payment structure would allow buyers to pay 40% before handover and the remaining 60% at handover.

Beyond the purchase price, budget for the one-time Dubai Land Department fee (4%), the Oqood off-plan registration (around AED 3,000) and standard agency fees. Dubai charges no annual property tax and no capital-gains tax, so investment returns are kept in full.
